STANDARD VISIT $17.00
a 30 minute in home visit includes:
(1) up to two pets
(2) location of Decatur & immediate surrounding area
(3) feeding, watering, relief and/or litterbox scooping and affection
(4) mail/paper collection
(5) alter drapes and lights
(6) water plants
(7) security check of home
(8) during the hours of 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Payment can be made with cash, check, money order, credit (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) and debit card. Venmo & Zelle also accepted.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND CHARGES Per Visit Unless Otherwise Noted
(1) administration of medication - pills, salves, drops, injections - $10 per 7 day contract
(2) dog walking - $2.00 per walk/per small breed dog: $4.00 per walk/per large breed dog
(3) special requests - to be determined at time of service
(4) outside immediate surrounding area of Decatur - $1.00 per mile: mileage begins at
Decatur city limits to arrival destination.
(5) additional animals - $1.00 per animal over 2
(6) before 6 a.m. or after 9 p.m. - $5.00 each occurance
(7) holidays - $20.00 per holiday: HOLIDAYS INCLUDE:
Easter
Memorial Weekend (Saturday - Monday)
4th of July, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday - Monday)
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve (after 5 p.m.)
Christmas Day
New Years Eve (after 5 p.m.)
New Yeears Day
(8) prescheduled vet visits - $17.00
(9) key pick-up* or key return - $17.00
(10) trip/fuel charge - $1.00 per trip when the price of fuel exceeds $4 per gallon.
(11) supply reimbursement - price on purchase receipt
(12) additional time - $17.00 per 30 minutes after initial 30 minutes
EXAMPLE:
2 dogs, 1 cat for 5 days, 3 times per day in Decatur, over the 4th of July holiday.
$17 standard visit cost, 3 times each day for 5 days = $255
1 additional pet, 3 times each day for 5 days = $15.00
Holiday = $20.00
Total charge = $290.00
Payment Information:
*There is no charge for the initial meeting
*Payment is due upon completetion of services
*A 10% late charge will be applied to unpaid balances of 14 days after the invoice date, and every 14 days thereafter.
